Our Founder
The inspiration behind Bridge of Hope Foundation.
Every great vision has deep roots. For Godlove Gitela Bode, the story of this Foundation begins with his own.
Godlove Gitela Bode
CEO & FounderGrowing up as an orphan facing immense hardship in his education and daily life, Godlove experienced firsthand the struggles that threaten to extinguish a child's future. Despite these obstacles, he persevered and succeeded in achieving his dreams.
However, rather than simply moving forward, a powerful question weighed heavily on his mind — one that would not let him rest.
“If I managed to overcome these challenges and fulfill my dreams, what about the countless others trapped in similar circumstances? How will they achieve theirs?”
That profound reflection sparked the determination to build a bridge of hope for others — and gave the Foundation both its name and its purpose.

His childhood as an orphan shaped his deep empathy and lifelong commitment to ensuring no child feels abandoned by their circumstances.
